Very Very POOR

We had some work done by this company and it came with a 10 year written guarantee which is printed quite clearly on their invoice. However we have found that their work to our roof is faulty and the roof now leaks (and could be dangerous to the house and its electrics). Despite their written 10 year guarantee and telephone discussions they have not come to fix the problem. On THREE occasions they have given us a date and time to turn up to review the problem but they haven't turned up. DREADFUL. Also they have said on two occasions on the phone that they can’t recall doing the work yet we have an invoice with a 10 year guarantee (Now 3 years later) and they haven’t bothered to honor their shoddy work or their written guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AS THIS IS A COMPANY THAT GIVES FALSE GUARANTEES.
